1st day \u2013 Food and Vines<\/strong><\/p>\n

Arrival to Maribor<\/strong>, the second largest city and the administrative center of Slovenian Styria. Guided tour in English. Some of the best landmarks of the city include the\u00a0Old City<\/strong>, surrounded by the remains of city walls and medieval towers,\u00a0Grajski trg<\/strong>\u00a0square with a castle, a museum and a baroque statue of St. Florian,Slom\u0161kov trg<\/strong>\u00a0with its cathedral,\u00a0Glavni trg<\/strong>\u00a0with City Hall and the plague column, several churches, university, synagogue,\u00a0Stara Trta (oldest vine in the world)<\/strong>\u00a0and one of the oldest and largest wine cellars in Europe. The town is surrounded by picturesque hills and vineyards.<\/p>\n

Afterwards you will visit Ptuj<\/strong>, the oldest town in Slovenia. Above the City there is a Castle, a Viewpoint from where you will be able to see the whole city. Lunch at a typical Restaurant at the Countryside. Vine degustation at a very famous Wine producer from these regions. Transfer to Ljubljana, dinner at the Hotel. Overnight stay.<\/p>\n

2nd day \u2013 The Capital and Lake Bled<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the Afternoon a short Walking tour threw Ljubljana<\/strong>. Ljubljana\u2019s biggest attraction is, of course, its historical part that is full of beautiful Renaissance, Baroque and Art Nouveau buildings dotted with nice bars, pubs and restaurants.<\/p>\n

Afterwards you will visit Bled<\/strong>, the most visited and famous place in Slovenia. Lake Bled<\/strong>\u00a0with an island in the middle surrounded by mountains is one of the symbols of Slovenia. Lunch at Lake Bled, with a typical dessert of that area, the delicious Cream slice cake. Short walking tour at Lake Bled. Then you will visit Bohinj,<\/strong> Slovenia\u2019s deepest lake with its depth of 44.5 meters, is of glacial origin situated at an altitude of 532 meters above sea level. We will also see the most visited and the most romantic place the Savica waterfall<\/strong>. Transfer back to Ljubljana, dinner, overnight stay.<\/p>\n

3rd day \u2013 Underground and the seaside (Departure flight from Hungary)<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the Morning hours you will start the route towards the Slovenian coast. Transfer to Piran<\/strong>. One of the most beautiful Slovenian cities is certainly\u00a0Piran<\/strong>, called also the Slovenian Venice. The old port is one big open-air museum with medieval buildings, interesting architecture and rich history. Short walking tour. A boat tour with a fish picnic on it, traveling by boat, you will be able to see the Slovenian coast. Arrival to Koper. Transfer towards Ljubljana. On the way back you will visit the cave complex\u00a0Postojna Cave<\/strong>. The cave complex creation started 2 million years ago by its creators \u2013 river Pivka and rainwater. You get in a small train, and after 10 minutes you find yourself inside the amazing cave. Ljubljana, dinner at the Hotel, overnight stay.<\/p>\n

The cave complex creation started 2 million years ago by its creators \u2013 river Pivka and rainwater. You get in a small train, and after 10 minutes you find yourself inside the amazing cave. Arrival at Koper. Sightseeing of Luka Koper, the biggest port of Slovenian coast. Boat trip with a fish picnic on the boat, traveling by boat you will be able to see the Slovenian coast. Arrival to Piran. Short guided tour of Piran.<\/strong> Overnight stay in Piran\/Portoro\u017e at a Hotel on the seaside, dinner at a typical Seafood restaurant in the city.<\/p>\n

4th Day \u2013 Valley \u00bbVelika Planina\u00ab and goodbye from Slovenia (Departure Flight from Hungary)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Before travelling back to Budapest you will see the true heart of Slovenia the Velika Planina<\/strong>. A valley which combines all the nature in one place. In summer there are real life shepherds living there. You will try their shepherds\u2019 snack \u2013 sour milk and \u00bb\u017eganci\u00ab. In the Afternoon travelling back to Budapest. Departure from the Airport of Budapest.<\/p>\n

4th Day \u2013 \u00bbGori\u0161ka Brda\u00ab and goodbye from Slovenia (Departure Flight from Italy)<\/strong><\/p>\n

After the morning coffee, you will travel to the oldest prosciutto Factory in Slovenian Kras<\/strong>, where we will try the prosciutto. Travelling to Gori\u0161ka Brda<\/strong>, where you will be able to look at the beautiful wiew from the Tower in Gonja\u010de. From there you will travel on a Slovenian wine route to \u0160tanjel. A small typical village in the Kras area. Short guided tour. Wine and food degustation in one of the wine cellars of Goi\u0161ka Brda. Travelling to Italy, departure flight.<\/p>\n
